the breakfast had a reasonable variety. i enjoyed dinner there because the quality was great. location was great, only 20 minutes from the airport by taxi.

The fridge cooler in the room was empty upon arrival. I found this slightly inconvenient.

The hotel staff were very helpful. I liked that fresh, cool water was available on every floor. My room was cleaned daily . I found the location convenient, it was only a short walk to the tram station for quick access to the city center.

The rooftop pool was small. It was busy with many families and children, this limited relaxation.

The hotel is conveniently located, about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport (about 36 Euros). The tram station is just a five minute walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Promenade.

Breakfast offered a reasonable variety of options each morning. I thought that the dinner served in the hotel restaurant was of great quality. I enjoyed the convenience of having meals available onsite.

The front desk staff were friendly and addressed concerns quickly (something I always appreciate!). The hotel staff were helpful in providing directions. They quickly reassigned me to a nicer superior double room when issues arose.
